- When this weapon is drawn it gives wielder +1 to their AC
- 3/day can say command word to cause bleed damage with next successful hit. Causes 1d6 bleed damage/round until DC16 constitution saving throw is made.
When the wielder reaches level 10, this rapier becomes sentient. It seems to mumble to itself when no one is paying attention to it. Alignment matches wielder. If away from wielder for more than 24 hours, it appears back within attuned wielders belongings. This item can speak, read, and understand Kenderspeak. No other languages. Can hear and see surroundings out to 30ft, normal vision. It also seems to attempt to balance out some more Kenderish tendencies by scolding its wielder whenever it notices “handling” going on.
